Feliz Navidad, Amigos

Performed by Debbie “Hayride” Harper & The Prairie Songbirds

Music and Lyrics by Alan Nafzger

Verse 1
Snow drifts softly over dusty plains,
Cowboy hats tipped against the winter rains.
By the campfire glow, we toast the year gone by,
With friends and kin beneath the starry sky.

Verse 2
Horses in the stable, the wind hums low,
Lanterns swinging where the cold winds blow.
Hearts are open wide, as the prairie sings,
Peace and love, the gift that Christmas brings.

Bridge
So raise your glass, let the bells ring,
Not just in West Texas, Christ is King.
Feliz Navidad, from cowgirl and crew,
May your nights be warm and your skies wide and blue.

Chorus
Feliz Navidad, feliz Navidad,
Feliz Navidad, and peace on the Plains too!
Feliz Navidad, feliz Navidad,
Feliz Navidad from our Texas crew!

Verse 3
The wind carries carols across the open land,
Families gather, hand in hand.
Tales of old are shared by firelight,
And the Western stars shine bright tonight.

Verse 4
Saddle up joy, let laughter ride the trail,
Through snow-kissed valleys and the western gale.
With gratitude strong, and spirits high,
We wish you blessings under the Texas sky.

Bridge (Repeat)
So raise your glass, let the bells ring,
Not just in West Texas, Christ is King.
Feliz Navidad, from cowgirl and crew,
May your nights be warm and your skies wide and true.

Chorus (Repeat)
Feliz Navidad, feliz Navidad,
Feliz Navidad, and peace on the Plains too!
Feliz Navidad, feliz Navidad,
Feliz Navidad from our Texas crew!
