Did Santa Steal the Snowplow? – DOWNLOAD
Verse 1
Well, the cops are out in force, lookin’ for a man in red,
With a snowy white beard and a fuzzy hat on his head.
They say he swiped the snowplow right out of town,
Headed north on the highway, no signs of slowing down.
Witnesses swear it was Santa behind the wheel,
But it might have been Gary after his last meal deal.
Left a trail of cookie crumbs all the way to the street,
Now they’re chasing down Saint Nick on the snow-covered beat.
Chorus
Santa stole the snowplow, he had places to be,
Runnin’ red lights with peppermint debris.
Said it was an emergency, no time to slow,
Now the trial’s set for Easter, but he won’t say why, though.
Verse 2
Someone saw a reindeer ridin’ shotgun side,
But between us, that detail’s kinda hard to buy.
When they asked ol’ Santa why he needed that ride,
He just winked and said, “There were toys I had to guide.”
Stores are sold out of beard kits—no surprise,
Every Kris, Nick, and Saint’s puttin’ on a disguise.
They’re all suspects now in a jolly caper crime,
But only Santa’s got that peppermint trail this time.
Chorus
Santa stole the snowplow, he had places to be,
Runnin’ red lights with peppermint debris.
Said it was an emergency, no time to slow,
Now the trial’s set for Easter, but he won’t say why, though.
Bridge
Kids say if it’s Santa, he had a reason for the run,
Maybe a last-minute mission to get the job done.
Or a trip to see the naughty list and check it twice,
But when they pulled him over, he just winked so nice.
Verse 3
Police sketch just shows a guy in red with a grin,
Could be any Uncle Bob or a guy named Flynn.
But witnesses say he yelled, “Ho Ho oh no!”
When he hit the gas and drove through the snow.
Now he’s sitting in cuffs, says, “You’ll see me next year,”
Gave the cops a little wave with a bit of cheer.
And when they ask what he needed the snowplow for,
Santa says, “I’ll tell the judge, but I’m not tellin’ more.”
Chorus
Santa stole the snowplow, he had places to be,
Runnin’ red lights with peppermint debris.
Said it was an emergency, no time to slow,
Now the trial’s set for Easter, but he won’t say why, though.
Outro
So keep an eye on the highway if the snow falls tonight,
And if you see a snowplow with jingle bells and lights.
When asked what emergency he had, Santa reportedly mumbled something
about a ‘very naughty list’ and sped off.
After he was caught, he looked at the police and said, ‘I’ll see you on the nice list… maybe.’
The trial’s set before Easter, and no one’s sure what the judge will decide!
Yawl come see us as FARM dot FM.
Appreciate ya!…
and Merry Christmas!
