Tractor Forms Union, Demands Benefits and Better Playlist
Ma yelled, “The tractor just filed a strike!”
Pa sighed, “It wants Beyoncé, not Merle Haggard’s mic.”
It blocked the barn with hazard tape,
And faxed demands with legal shape.
Better oil, longer rest,
And mood lighting to feel its best.
It called the mower to organize,
Now tools protest neath Texan skies.
The combine sobbed, “No PTO!”
While the plow refused to row.
They chant “No wheels, no wheat!”
And play union hymns on repeat.
The farmer caved and made a deal,
With health plans and a country seal.
Now tractors nap and hum a tune,
To Dolly Parton under the moon.
